  • informative photos of the defective product

During the warranty period, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item directly.

Transport damage occurs when your travelite product has been damaged during travel or transport by a third party (e.g. an airline or rail company). Please report the damage directly to the responsible carrier first, as they are liable for the damage.

If you require further information or have any queries, please use our contact form and select ‘Transport damage’. Please include a brief description of the damage and clear photos of the affected product with your enquiry so that we can provide you with the best possible support.

  • Case: The item number can be found on a sticker under the inner lining. To do this, open the service zip in the centre of the inner lining of the rear shell (shell with trolley frame).
  • Other products: Inside you will find a tag or sticker with the product details.

Yes, repairs are covered under warranty. If you purchased the case from a specialist retailer or another online shop, please contact the retailer.
