We offer you the following payment options: Credit card, PayPal, secured invoice purchase.
Returns will be booked and refunded within 14 days. The refund will be made according to the payment method used by you. If we need longer, we ask for your understanding. After the 14 days have expired, please contact our customer service with your shipment number. We will then immediately inquire about the status of your return.
After receipt of payment you will receive an order confirmation by mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first. When an order is completed, you will first receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an invoice and shipping confirmation, in which you will find the invoice attached.
Unfortunately, we can no longer change the payment method for an existing order, but you can select a new payment method for each order.
