You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via email as soon as your package has been handed over to DPD.
Unfortunately, an exchange for another color, size or item is only possible by placing a new order in the online store.
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@travelite.com. We will try to cancel the order or correct the errors in your information. Since our office hours are different from our warehouse, please understand if we are unable to facilitate a cancellation due to a package that has already shipped. 
After receiving your order confirmation, you can expect your order within the next 2-5 business days. You will receive the invoice and shipping confirmation with the corresponding DPD tracking number directly from us by email. So you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

If you have a customer account with us, you can also see in the view 'Your orders', which status your order has in our system.
