Sweepstakes travelite
The organiser of the competition is travelite GmbH & Co. KG, Merkurring 70-72, 22143 Hamburg, hereinafter referred to as travelite.
§2 PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
(1) Participation in the competition and the chances of winning do not depend on the purchase of a product from the organiser. All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate, except for employees of travelite GmbH & Co. KG. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
(2) There are 4x Basics rucksacks to be won, each worth €49.95.
(3) Start of participation: 17.10.2024; closing date is 25.10.2024 / 23:59.
To take part in the sweepstakes, participants must:
1. follow the travelite TikTok channel (available at https://www.tiktok.com/@travelite_koffer) and comment which colour is their favourite.
(4) The winners will be drawn from all participants. The lot decides. Each participant may only take part in this sweepstake once and can only win once. In particular, participation in the competition with several Instagram accounts of the same natural person is not permitted.
(5) The winners will be contacted by travelite via direct message after the closing date. The following data is required from the participants in order to process the prize award: first name, surname, and address. If travelite does not receive feedback from the winner within three days of the direct message about the prize, the prize expires and a new participant will be drawn.
(6) The prize cannot be paid out in cash; the prize is not transferable.
(7) Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted.
(8) The organisers of the competition reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from the sweepstake.
(9) Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if this should become necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of travelite or if this is the only way to ensure the proper execution of the promotion.
(10) The promotion is in no way connected to TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by TikTok. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not TikTok, but travelite GmbH & Co. KG. The information provided will be used solely for this sweepstake.
§3 EXCLUSION OF LEGAL RECOURSE
