Sweepstakes travelite
The organiser of the sweepstake is travelite GmbH & Co. KG, Merkurring 70-72, 22143 Hamburg, hereinafter travelite.
§2 PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKE
(1) Participation in the sweepstake and the chances of winning do not depend on the purchase of a product from the organiser. All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate, except for employees of travelite GmbH & Co. KG. By participating in the sweepstake, participants accept these conditions of participation.
(2) 6x Basics Rollup Rucksack, each worth €59.95, can be won.
(3) Start of participation: 17.10.2024; closing date for participation: 25.10.2024 / 23:59 hrs.
To participate in the sweepstakes, participants must:
1. follow the travelite Instagram channel (available at https://www.instagram.com/travelite_koffer/) and comment on which colour is their favourite.
(4) The winners will be drawn from all participants. The draw decides. Each participant may only participate in this sweepstake once and can only win once. In particular, participation in the sweepstake with several Instagram accounts of the same natural person is not permitted.
(5) The winners will be contacted by travelite via direct message after the closing date for participation. The following data is required from the participants for the processing of the prize: first and last name and address. If travelite does not receive any feedback from the winners within three days after the direct message about the prize, the prize will expire and a new participant will be drawn.
(6) A cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is not transferable.
(7) Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted.
(8) The organisers of the sweepstake reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from the sweepstake.
(9) Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond travelite's control, or if this is the only way to ensure proper conduct of the promotion.
(10) The promotion is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram, but travelite GmbH & Co. KG. The information provided will only be used for this sweepstake.
§3 EXCLUSION OF LEGAL RECOURSE
