Competition travelite Summer POS
The organiser of the competition is travelite GmbH & Co. KG, Merkurring 70-72, 22143 Hamburg, hereinafter travelite.
§2 PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
(1) To take part in the competition and have a chance of winning, a travelite product must have been purchased from a stationary retailer and a corresponding proof of purchase uploaded in the entry form. All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate, except for employees of travelite GmbH & Co. KG. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
(2) There are 3 travel vouchers worth €1,000 each, provided by our partner ltur.
(3) Start of participation: 09.06.2025; the closing date is 31.08.2025 / 23:59.
To take part in the competition, participants must answer the competition question "How many individual flip-flops fit in an Air Base S"? on the landing page.
(4) The participants who have entered the correct answer to the competition question are the winners. In the case of several correct answers, the winner is decided by lot. If there is no correct answer, the guess closest to the correct answer wins. Each participant may only take part in this competition once and can only win once.
(5) The winners will be contacted by travelite by email after the closing date. The following data is required from the participants for the handling of the prize: First name, surname and address. If travelite does not receive feedback from the winners within three days of the email about the win, the prize will be forfeited and a new participant will be drawn.
(6) A cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is not transferable.
(7) Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted.
(8) The organisers of the competition reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from the competition.
(9) Furthermore, the organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond travelite's control or if this is the only way to ensure the proper implementation of the promotion.
§3 EXCLUSION OF LEGAL RECOURSE
Legal recourse is excluded.
