Payment information


For deliveries within Germany and other countries, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Credit card
2. Klarna purchase on account
3. PayPal
4. Apple Pay


Detailed information on the individual payment options


1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX
If you select the credit card payment method, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The payment method is processed by the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna") , which the seller authorises to collect the debt on his behalf. Klarna Bank AB collects the invoice amount from the customer's specified credit card account. The credit card is debited immediately after the customer's order has been sent in the online shop. The seller remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, cancellation notices and returns or credit notes, even if the payment method credit card payment via Klarna Bank AB (publ.) is selected.

2. Klarna purchase on account

Klarna In co-operation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna") we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found in the respective payment option and in the order process.

Purchase on account via Klarna

The invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice. Klarna can offer registered Klarna customers, selected according to their own criteria, further payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; other individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with Klarna. You can find further information on this in your Klarna account.


3. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to process the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.travelite.com).


4. Apple Pay

If you choose to pay with Apple Pay, payment will be processed by the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter "Mollie"), in cooperation with Apple Distribution International Ltd, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland ("Apple").

Payment process:

Payment is made using the Apple Pay function on your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac). You use a credit or debit card stored with Apple Pay. Depending on the device, Face ID, Touch ID or a device code is used to confirm the payment. Mollie processes your payment data on behalf of the merchant exclusively for processing the payment. The payment data (e.g. amount, currency, payment reference, date, location) is encrypted by Apple and transmitted to Mollie in tokenised form to carry out the payment process. Your actual card details are not passed on to the merchant.


Shipping costs and information


Shipping only takes place in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. The general terms and conditions and other information necessary for the conclusion of the contract are therefore only provided in German.Orders are dispatched by DPD. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

All orders are processed by us on working days within 1-2 working days and handed over to our shipping partner as soon as possible after receipt of payment. They will then deliver the parcels within 1-2 working days in Germany and 2-4 working days abroad.
