    Then please use the option in our contact options
    “Complaint about order (online shop / order)”.

Please fill out the form completely. We need:

  • your order number
  • the date of purchase
  • informative photos of the defective product

So we can help you as quickly as possible.


  • Did you buy the product in a bricks-and-mortar store or another online shop?
During the warranty period, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item directly.

Transport damage occurs when your travelite product has been damaged during travel or transport by a third party (e.g. airline or rail company). Please report the damage directly to the responsible carrier first, as they are liable for the damage.

If you require further information or have any queries, please use our contact form and select "Transport damage". Include a brief description of the damage and meaningful photos of the affected product with your enquiry so that we can provide you with the best possible support.

In order to check whether suitable spare parts are available for your product, we need your item data.
How to find the item number:

  • Case: The item number can be found on a sticker under the inner lining. To do this, open the service zip in the centre of the inner lining of the rear shell (shell with trolley frame).
  • Other products: Inside you will find a flag or sticker with the product details.

Our service team can use this information to check whether spare parts are available.

Yes, repair is possible under warranty. If you purchased the case from a specialist retailer or another online shop, please contact the retailer.

If you purchased the item from us at travelite-WebShop, please contact us directly under Complaint about order (online shop / order)

  • a brief description of the damage and
  • Photos of the damage and the entire product
