Our ‘Next’ range, for example, is made from high-quality aluminium, which has also proven its worth in aerospace engineering. Our other ranges are made from plastics such as polypropylene or ABS, which, in addition to their high durability, are also impressively lightweight.

Telescopic handle

A sturdy telescopic handle not only makes it easy to manoeuvre your luggage but also allows you to attach additional items, such as a Beautycase. Thanks to our locking mechanism, the telescopic pole can be smoothly adjusted to any position. 

Secure locking system

Our hard-shell suitcases are fitted with a TSA lock or a secure combination lock. This ensures your luggage is reliably protected against unauthorised access. The TSA LOCK combination lock makes going through customs at the airport easier, as it can be opened effortlessly with a master key. When travelling to the USA, a suitcase with this locking mechanism is actually a requirement under baggage regulations. 

Agile wheels 

All hard-shell suitcases from travelite feature rubber-coated 360° double wheels. As well as offering excellent manoeuvrability, the wheels are so robust that they glide effortlessly over a variety of surfaces. This allows you to change direction quickly, without getting stuck. 

It’s especially on the return journey that we tend to cram as much as we can into our suitcases. This puts a lot of strain on the zip. It’s not uncommon for it to burst open, and that’s the last thing you need whilst travelling. At travelite, we use only high-quality zips, so you don’t need to worry about the zip giving way when the suitcase is packed to capacity. 

Storage space

Some of our suitcases feature a handy expansion panel, so you can expand the capacity of your hard-shell suitcase in no time at all. Our clever and well-thought-out interior layout ensures you can pack your luggage as space-efficiently as possible.
