Travelite.com Refunds and Cancellations
TraveLite will gladly issue a refund for any stock item returned within 30 days of delivery with its original packaging. Original tracking number used to ship the product to you will be used to verify date of delivery.
You must contact us prior to returning an item(s) for authorization or specific instructions. Please refer to our Contact page to contact us via phone or email.
Refund will be the price paid for the product plus sales tax if applicable. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges. Any shipping charges incurred in the return of the item(s) to us is the responsibility of the customer (you).
All refunds will be issued via the payment method used at time of purchase. For credit card refunds, we will send a refund receipt via email once your return has been processed.
Cancellations are only valid prior to shipping of your product, and should be requested via email to contact@travelite.com.
Once we have received the item(s), the refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
